By using vote.org.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not pay.
What this site is
vote.org.in, also called Party Rankings, is an unofficial popularity contest for entertainment only. A person may pay a fee, currently ₹9 per vote, to add votes to a ranking on this site. The price can change.
- A payment here is not an official election vote.
- A payment is not a donation to any political party.
- This site has no connection with the Election Commission of India.
- This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Indian National Congress, or any other political party.
- The ranking is only the paid activity on this site. It has no official meaning.
- There are no prizes, cash, gifts, or money back for taking part.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old to pay. By paying you confirm that you are.
Payments
When payments are switched on, a payment provider such as Razorpay charges the amount you confirm. We do not store your full card or bank details. In demo mode, nothing is charged.
A completed vote is final, except where the law requires otherwise, or where a technical failure means the vote was not added to the scoreboard. We can change the price, pause payments, or stop the paid feature at any time.
What you agree not to do
- Do not describe this site as official voting or as a donation to a party.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
- Do not try to fake votes with fraud or bots.
Names on the page
Party names are used so people can tell the rankings apart. Using a name does not mean that party runs or approves this site. We can remove or rename a party at any time, including after a complaint.
Stopping the service
We can suspend or close the site, or remove a ranking, at any time. The service is provided as it is. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of the site. If we are liable, that liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
